He is survived by: his wife Kimberlee; his children, Jacob Shaffer (Hannah), Ashlee Shaffer and Amber Shaffer; his grandchildren, Leah and Benjamin Shaffer; his parents, Wade Shaffer and Charolett Shaffer; his sister Deanna Sizemore (Eric); and his sister-in-law Shelly Shaffer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Mike was passionate about many things, but his family has chosen two organizations that were very important to him if you'd like to give a donation to either in lieu of flowers.
