He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jerrell and Lois Jerrell (Walters). He is survived by: his wife Ernestine (Simpson); his children, Steven Jerrell (Gayla) of Bennington, NE, Patty Reeder of Defiance, OH., Lee Payne of Milan, MI, Gerald Payne (Susan) of Britton, MI and Mariann Tipton (Granville) of Cantonment, FL.; and his sisters, Beverly Glenn of Lewiston, MI., Sharon Hamilton and Diana Bakich. He is also survived by friends as an adoring husband, loving father, caring and loyal friend.
