He is survived by: his wife Leslie C. Smith; his daughters, Chastity Allison (Angela) and Teresa Hessling (Scott); and his grandchildren, Jaylen, Gavin, Braden, Paige, Regan, Camren and Lennon. He is also survived by two sisters and one brother.
