It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Gerard Korte of Ypsilanti, Michigan, born in Wayne, Michigan, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Korte and Beatrice Korte; his sister Marilyn Korte; and his brother-in-law Oscar Cromwell. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Korte; his children, Steven Korte (Chasity), William Korte (Jennifer), Beatrice Korte (Zachary Spotts) and Daniel Korte; his grandchildren, Liam, Kalli, Corbyn and Annalea; his siblings, Carolyn Bloomfield (Mike), Anne Cromwell, Gary (Laurie), Thomas, Eugene (Pamela) and John Korte (Cheryl); and his brother-in-law Lawrence Warden (Penny). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
