He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Blackburn and Victoria Blackburn (Justice); and his children, Ronnie Bell Jr. and Diane Bell. He is survived by: his daughter Katherine Blackburn; his grandchildren, Gabrielle Blackburn, Shania Zwalesky, Aron Phelps, Cherish Phelps, Myranda Craig, Maccen Blackburn, Andrew Bell, Gracie Bell and David Dorner; and his sisters, Glenda Helm (John Wayne), Elizabeth Trusty and Cora King. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
