He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy, Sr. Evans and Elsie Everhart Evans Goins; his father-in-law Fred Mulett; his brother Tom Evans; and his sister-in-law Donna Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Jeanne Mulett Evans of Ypsilanti; his daughter Carrie Evans of Ypsilanti, Michigan; his mother-in-law Thelma Mulett of Hanover, Indiana; and his brothers-in-law, Russell Mulett (Lisa) of Paxton and Keith Mulett.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
