She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron "Susie" Schecter and Rose Schecter; her brother Allen Schecter; and her pets, Daisy and Bogie.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Freund (Michelle), Beth Ann Manuel (Curtis), David Freund, Daniel Shaw and Debby Shaw; her grandchildren, Amanda Smith (Freund), Sam Freund (Carrie Negishi), Haley Haddad (Charlie) and Nathan Manuel (Anne Greene); and her great grandchildren, Casey Smith, Olivia Haddad, Henry Haddad and George Haddad.
