She was predeceased by: her fathers, James Hampton (Charles Long) and William Hampton (Marian Overall). She is survived by: her husband Jerry Spiller; her children, Terri Justice (Daniel) and Larry (Keynosha); her siblings-in-law, Lewis, Charles, Frank, Roy, Roger, Paula and Shirley; her grandchildren, Michael, Brandie, Larry III, David, Marquise, Ashley, Marquez, Leila and Jarrius; her great grandchildren, Rowan, Nadia, Zaila, Lil Chris, JaCory, Jamari and Kysen; her cousins, Haniyyah Abdul-Aziz and Rosemary Hunter Armour; and her friends, Jackie (Michigan), Renee, Sylvia of Chattanooga and Tina (Michigan). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
