She was predeceased by : her husband Lloyd; and her son-in-law Doug Boetsma. She is survived by : her great grandchildren, Cherie Nyhuis, Mary Nyhuis, Susan Nyhuis, Joseph, Allison Nyhuis, Gaye Boetsma, Stephanie, Allen Young, Grayson, Wrenn, Madelyn, Justin, Jen Boetsma, Autumn, Leland, Phil, Kim De Kock, Nichole, Mike Knapp, Hudson, Ryder, Matt and Mikaela De Kock; her brother Floyd (Ann Brouwer); and her in-laws, Jim and Marilyn De Kock. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Yntema Funeral Home (251 S State St, Zeeland, MI 49464). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
