It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Braxton Kalkman of Zeeland, Michigan, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 20, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by : his parents, Chad Kalkman and Tressa Kalkman; his sister Brinzie Kalkman; his grandparents, Steve Kalkman and Marie Grassmid; his great-grandparents, Ardith Kalkman, Lee and Judy Posma; and his cousins, Heather Slenk (Teagan), Matt, Stephanie Grassmid, Taylor, Travis Waterway, Bryce, Aubree Grassmid, Rylie Grassmid, Brayden Grassmid, Vasanti Grassmid, Adam, Dana Grassmid, Jordyn Grassmid, Reese Grassmid and Austin Grassmid. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yntema Funeral Home (251 S State St, Zeeland, MI 49464). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Community Reformed Church (10376 Felch St, Zeeland, MI 49464).

Memorial contributions may be given to Helen De Vos Children's Hospital Foundation or Michigan Outdoors Wishmaker.
