He is survived by: his wife Shirley Berens; his grandchildren, Carla, Mark Zeinstra, Josie Zeinstra (Logan Vannette), Payton Zeinstra, Corey and Stephanie Everts (Kaydence Everts); his sister-in-law Gloria Everts; his nephews, David Everts and John Everts; and his sisters-in-law, Grace Lankheet and Harriet Johnson.
