He is survived by: his children, Todd Mohr, Janine Gregorski-Mohr, Brent, Ann Mohr, Jill and Kevin Ellerbroek; his grandchildren, Jessica Mohr, Brittany Mohr, Aubree Gregorski, Miranda Mohr, Michaela, Riley Van Dyke, Spencer Mohr, Trevor Mohr, Chloe Mohr, Jett Ellerbroek, Kruz Ellerbroek, Marinna Ellerbroek and Caden Ellerbroek; his great grandchildren, Luka, Alex and Oliver; and his in-laws, Jay Knoper, Jan Mohr and Tony Woudwyk.
