It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David D. Bonnema of Zeeland, Michigan, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wendell Bonnema and Genevieve Bonnema (Volkers); his spouse Laurel Arendsen; his children, Dirk and Dawn; his grandchildren, D. Dirk Bonnema (Stacy), Dawn (Joel) and Dral (Colin); his sisters, Gayle Wiers (Jim) and Kathy Terpstra (Jim); and his brother-in-law Alden Arendsen (Marilyn).
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Unity Christian High School or Western Michigan Christian High School.
