He was predeceased by: his parents, James Salisbury and Mona Salisbury; and his brother Paul Salisbury. He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Eric Salisbury (Ellie), Holly Salisbury and Jason Salisbury (Brittany); his grandchildren, Brianna, Addison and Bennett; and his brother Stephen Salisbury.
