He was predeceased by: his brothers, Allen Mokma and Keith Mokma; and his sister-in-law Kathy Mokma. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Sheryl, Todd Vanden Heuvel, Scott and Jennifer Mokma; his grandchildren, Zachary, Heather Vanden Heuvel, Tyler, Alexis Vanden Heuvel, Trevor Vanden Heuvel, Michael, Miranda Mokma, Christopher and Anneka Mokma; his great grandchildren, Kristoijn T Vanden Heuvel, Maatje Helene Vanden Heuvel, Malia Evon Vanden Heuvel, Kees Dean Vanden Heuvel and Lainey Cove Vanden Heuvel; his siblings, Arnold, Marilyn Mokma, Delbert and Elizabeth Mokma (Betty); and his in-laws, Norma, Henry Viening, Bill, Mary Nykamp, Garry, Beth Nykamp, Sandy, Jim Van Dragt, Phyllis Nykamp, Linda and Mark Molewyk.
