He was predeceased by: his parents, William Boer and Joyce De Boer; and his parents-in-law, Grant and Barbara Ellsworth. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Ellsworth; his grandchildren, Emily, Donovan Bursma (Ryker), Elizabeth and Mike Mennes; his siblings, Cheryl, William, Julie De Boer, Roger and Shawn De Boer; and his brother-in-law Jay Ellsworth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
