He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Stephanie (Jon Van Dam); his grandson JJ Van Dam; his siblings, Bonnie, Terry Garvelink, Bev, Larry Grotenhuis, Diane and Henry Kloosterman; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jo and Jim Huizenga.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Living Hope Home Care, 11671 Finkbeiner Rd, Middleville, MI 49333 who provides care to his grandson JJ.
