We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2023, at the age of 79, Jan A. De Jonge of Zeeland, Michigan, born in Holland, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, John Jonge and Fannie De Jonge (Stegenga); his siblings, Ernest, Bob De Jonge and Patricia De Jonge; his siblings-in-law, Lloyd, Laura Schurman and Ross Schurman; and his daughter-in-law Irma De Jonge.
He is survived by : his wife Gloria; his children, Robin Zuverink, Scott De Jonge, Tony and Esquina De Jonge; his grandchildren, Courtney, Tracy, Chris, Leila, Tony, Noah and Gena; his siblings, Richard De Jonge (Eleanor), David De Jonge (Marilyn), Roseann Bryant (Marc Bishop) and Donald De Jonge (Debra); and his siblings-in-law, Edna DeJonge, Doug Schurman (Dawn) and Mary Lou Schurman. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Elks National foundation or the charity of one's choice.
