She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hoekstra and Anna Hoekstra; and her siblings, AnnaMae, Harold DeYoung, Jay, Marcia Hoekstra, Millie Hoekstra, Shirley Veltema and Laverne Heyboer.
She is survived by: her husband Junior Heyboer; her children, Dawn Werkman, Laurie (Robert Hieftje), Larry (Kristi Heyboer) and Sheila (Jack Cavanaugh); her great grandchildren, Sarah, Dan Ouwenga, Ben, Kelli Werkman, Jenna Werkman, Matthew, Andrea Werkman, Nicole Hieftje, Chris, Haleigh Hieftje, John VanByssum, Philip, Brittany Heyboer, Lisa, Christopher Rumsey, Michael Heyboer, Josiah, Erin Samy, Anisha and Nick Kasper (Jade); her brother Gerald; and her siblings-in-law, Andy Hoekstra, Keith, Isla VanNoord and Marcia Zeerip.
Memorial contributions may be given to the missionary, work of Lynn Gann or Jim Lokers c/o Central Wesleyan Church.
