He was predeceased by: his parents, John Padding and Ruth Padding (Fox); his wives, Virginia Padding (Wedeven) and Elaine Padding (Barense); his siblings, Floyd Padding, Orrin Padding and Iola Padding; and his in-laws, Dorothy Padding, Elaine Padding, Roger Barense, Cheryl, Harold Kaptein, Karen, Phil Hoezee and Rich Elling.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff (Sheri Padding), Vicki (Bob Elzinga), Michelle Perdok and Julie (Randy Tallman); and his in-laws, Nancy Barense and Mary Elling. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
