She is survived by: her husband Paul Breuker; her great grandchildren, Pamela Lenters, Mandy, Bryant DeJonge, Hunter Allen DeJonge and Cora Rose DeJonge; her grandchildren, Samantha, Adrian Kruithoff, Fenna Marlene Kruithoff, Harvest Archer Kruithoff, Cody, Anna Lenters, Weston Robert Lenters, Connie, Steve DeZwaan, Derek, Emily Slenk, Sara Olund, Kyle, Jenna DeZwaan, Liam DeZwaan, Madelyn DeZwaan and Sheri Lamar Johnson; her stepgrandchildren, Mark Breuker, Dan, Karen Breuker (Logan Breuker), Andrew, Michelle Breuker, Sofia Breuker, Eleanor Breuker and Genivieve Breuker; and her in-laws, Mike, Nancy Breuker, Beth, Jerry Hungerink, Ruth Plasman, Dave, Mina Breuker and Joel Glashower.
