May McCleery Obituary
The passing of May McCleery of Zeeland, Michigan occurred on October 2, 2026. May, born on April 24, 1928, is remembered by those who knew her. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Lyle; and her siblings-in-law, Irene DeBoys and Eric McCleery. She is survived by: her husband Alan McCleery; her sons, Colin (Nancy McCleery) and David (Linda McCleery); her grandchildren, Eric, Annie McCleery, Kevin, Nicky McCleery, Heather, Josh Matvey, Jessica, Paul Gort, Jonathan, Gaby McCleery and Jacob McCleery; and her sister-in-law Elsa McCleery. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Yntema Funeral Home (251 S State St, Zeeland, MI 49464). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Reformed Church of Zeeland (125 E Lincoln Ave, Zeeland, MI 49464).
