It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Mae Bremer of Zeeland, Michigan, born in Greenville, Michigan, who passed away on April 18, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father James Cooper; and her brother-in-law David Bremer. She is survived by : her mother Marian Cooper (Horton); her husband Randy; her children, Jolene Tubergan (Mitch), Jason Bremer and Jessica Seang (Peter); her grandchildren, Noah, Maelynn, Simon, Miles, Georgia, Mateo, Karlee and Kynlee; her siblings, Diane Syrek (Doug), Don Cooper (Cheryl), Dan Cooper and Jack Cooper; and her in-laws, Rick Bremer (Judy), Marie Bremer, Karen Ouelette (Mel), Nancy Feole (Marc) and Mary Hayward (Craig).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yntema Funeral Home (251 S State St, Zeeland, MI 49464). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Reformed Church of Zeeland (125 E Lincoln Ave, Zeeland, MI 49464).
