He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Kruithoff and Irene Kruithoff (Boerema); his granddaughter Mandy Harnden; and his siblings, Murriel Potter, Hope Kruithoff, Ardith Hitsman, Terrance and Russell Kruithoff.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Zalsman; his daughters, Kathleen Rupp, Peggy Hoekwater (Bob), Theresa Kruithoff and Jennifer German; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Nicole, Mike, Kyle, Kaleb and Emmy; and his sisters-in-law, Esther Kruithoff and Karen Kruithoff. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
