He is survived by : his wife Heather Miller; his children, Jayk Slager (Hannah Kulas), Taya Slager and Addysen Miller; his granddaughter Cali; his siblings-in-law, Todd (Sarah Boetsma) and Nicole (Shaun Prince); his mother-in-law Miney (Keith Potter); and his brothers, Brett (Michelle Miller) and Travis (Heather Miller). He is also survived by stepsiblings, nieces, and nephews.
