He is survived by: his mother Sally Kok (Kalmink); his wife Heather Kelsey; his daughter Jacqueline; his parents-in-law, Brian and Mary Kelsey; his siblings, Ben, Leslie Kok (Carsten), Abby and Chris Wolters; his niece Amanda; his nephew Justin Wisniewski; and his siblings, Bethany Franklin, Ryan and Kayte Kelsey. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
