He was predeceased by: his brother Bob; his sister-in-law Joan Bosch; and his in-laws, Henry, Linda Vander Veen and Virginia Bricker.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Bosch; his children, Kristi, Ken Lokker and Kevin Bosch; his grandchildren, Kendra Lokker, Tanner Olvitt (Theodore), Kristopher Lokker and Kevin Lokker; his brother Edward (Judy Bosch); and his in-laws, Ken, Alma Vander Veen, John, Nancy Vander Veen, Kathy, Philip Gorter and Ed Bricker.
