He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his daughters, Sue Duguid (Rob), Julie Fernandez (Forrest) and Sara Hurley (Mark); and his siblings, Shirley Small and Robert Nash. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
