He is survived by: his children, Robin, Bud Miedema, Jodi, Paul Stevens, Penny and Jim Houtman; and his grandchildren, Phil, Tina Michmerhuizen, Ashley, Brandon Den Hartigh, Sarah Chatman, Jon, Brittany Houtman, Lauren, Ryan Kraai, Hannah, Jesse Heerdt, Jenna, Fernando Rodriguez, Haley Houtman, Eric, Stephanie Miedema, Mitch and Sarah Miedema. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
