He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kloosterman and Rolena Kloosterman. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his grandchildren, Beth Kloosterman (Shelby), Debbie, Steve Maxwell, Jayne and Brian DeKraker (Zach); his great grandchildren, River and Koast; his sister Esther Essenburg; and his in-laws, Marg Kloosterman, Sherry, Marv DeWent, Bonnie, Norm Vredeveld, Judy Windemuller and Rose Kuyers. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Hospice or Heights of Hope.
