He is survived by: his wife Michelle Petrik (Shelly); his daughters, Sarah Awender (Joshua) of Ada, MN, Victoria Sina (Alexander) of Fargo, ND, Elizabeth Krueger (Benjamin) and Katherine Merkens (Bryer) of Fargo, ND.; his grandsons, Jaxon, Cooper Awender and Seth Krueger; and his siblings, Eileen Carda (David) of Geddes, SD, James Petrik (Marilyn) of Geddes, SD and Wayne Petrik Dell (Sherry).
