He is survived by : his brother Curtis Neumann (Theresa) of Alameda, CA; his children, Heidi Kneeland (Dan) of Menomonie, WI, Deborah DeBates (Todd) of Oxbow, ND, Peter Neumann of Hudson, WI and Paul Neumann of Ada, MN; his grandchildren, Natalie Helgerson (Noah), Mathew Marcussen (Merissa), Christopher Marcussen, Andrew Neumann, Rainer Neumann, Samantha DeBates, Micah DeBates and Michelle Barbeau (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Finley Helgerson, Brody and Owen Barbeau. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
