Dean Tipton Obituary

He was predeceased by: his wife Shirleen (Pietz); and his brother Gary Tipton. He is survived by: his children, Tricia Schindler (Mike), Todd Tipton and Terry Tipton (Mary Duvall); his grandchildren, Riley Morgan, Jordan Schindler, Mason Schindler, Jocelyn Tipton, Cyrus Tipton and Max Tipton; his brothers, Dennis Tipton, Bob Tipton (Nancy), Dale Tipton (Joyce), Delton Tipton (Vicky) and Doug Tipton (Diane); and his brother-in-law LeRoy Pietz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Little Cedar Lutheran Church (308 Lewison St, Adams, MN 55909).
Dean was born on August 17, 1941, in Wessington, South Dakota, the first of seven sons born to Darold and Evelyn (Parkinson) Tipton.
