He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Koenigs and Mildred Koenigs (Gilgenbach); his siblings, Marian Huntley-Lickteig (Donald Huntley), Catherine and Ronald; his siblings-in-law, Teresa Koenigs and Roger Harding; his niece Debra Kiefer; his parents-in-law, Richard and June Kenyon; and his son-in-law Jack Cain.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Joyce Westphal (Kenyon); his children, Tamara Kelley of LeRoy, MN, Tina Westphal of Prescott, AZ, Cheri Cain of Aurora, CO, Paulette Huntley (Gary) of Austin, MN, Michelle Gabbard of Adams, MN and David Huntley of Adams, MN; his grandchildren, Steven Newkirk, Jacob Newkirk, Brian Kelley (Evan), Zachariah Kelley, David Lidtke (Ashley), Deric Kramer, Christie Albers, Kelly Albers, Michael Huntley (Megan), Micayla Huntley (James), Riley Hansen, Marisa Meyers (Tanner) and Lyndee Meyerhoffer (Mike); and his siblings, Theresa Harding of Nashua, IA, John Koenigs (Carol) of Rochester, MN and Richard Koenigs (Pat) of Stewartville, MN. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
