He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenz Kramer and Frances Kramer (Puettmann); his wife Lorraine Rose Retterath; his daughter Cheryl Kramer-Ham; his son-in-law Kenneth Ham; his in-laws, Lucy Kramer, Elmo Kramer (Eleanor), Bette Norgaard (Norm), Richard Kramer (Lola), Germaine Collette (Elvy), Dennis Kramer (Marilyn), Fredrick Kramer, Leonard Kramer (Pat) and Quentin Kramer; and his brother-in-law Richard King.
He is survived by: his son Randy; his daughter-in-law Wendy Kramer of Austin, MN; his grandsons, Jacob Kramer of Rushford, MN and Brady Kramer of Winona, MN; his sister Lorie King of Austin, MN; and his sister-in-law Verena Kramer of Stacyville, IA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
