He was predeceased by: his parents, Nels Vickberg and Svea Vickberg; his grandson John Henry; his brother-in-law Mike Johnson; and his friend Jack Grande.
He is survived by: his wife Marilee Vickberg; his children, Mark Vickberg (Jeanette), Lori Vickberg (Brian) and Robin Mahoney (Jack); and his siblings, Joe Vickberg (Karen), Tim Vickberg (Judy) and Nancy Johnson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great- grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the O'Connell Family Funeral Home (520 11th St, Hudson, WI 54016). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
