We announce the death of Peter Alphonse Lind (Afton, Minnesota), who passed away on September 14, 2026, at the age of 87. Peter will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lind and Mary Ann Lind; his siblings, Shirley Berthiaume, Lawrence Lind, Madonna Wink, Joyce Martin, Lois Herold, Ramona Lind, Annette Peterson, Caroline Horwath, Leonard A Lind, Robert Lind, Richard Lind and Leonard O Lind; and his former wife Barbara Lind.
He is survived by: his wife Eloise Lind; his children, Tony (Deanna), Todd and Sara Buschette (Lance); his grandchildren, Barbara Lind, Rachel Lind and Madison Buschette; and his great grandchildren, Ana Lind and Nadine Lind.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Peter Lutheran Church (880 Neal Ave S, Afton, MN 55001).
