He is survived by: his children, Chris Blair (Jason), Craig Speed (Mandi), Heather Duffney (Chris) and Monica Duffney (Scott); his granddaughter Vanessa Blair; his children, Lacey Spolarich (Josh), Sierra Gerchy (Brandon), Logan Speed, Jake Spolarich (Alyssa), Amanda Spolarich, Leah Duffney, Samantha Turck (Dalton) and Dylan Hagen (Janie); his great grandchildren, Addisyn, Easton and Hayden Spolarich; his grandchildren, Sawyer Spolarich, Charlotte and Caden Turck; his siblings, Steve Speed (Sandy) and Shelley Speed; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Speed and Darrel Berning (Debi). He is also survived by many other relatives and a host of friends.
