With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene A. Torgerson (Aitkin, Minnesota), who passed away on June 16, 2023 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eugene A. Torgerson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Torgerson and Violet Torgerson (Peterson); and his siblings, Albert, Leslie, Karl and Florence Hirdler.

He is survived by : his wife Diane Torgerson (Polaschek); his children, Christopher Torgerson (Becca) and Lori Torgerson (Brent Olson); his grandsons, Eric and Sawyer; his siblings, Ed (Paulette), Wayne (Diane), Karen Banks (Rod), Helen Schmidt (Jean), Julie Burk (Bruce) and Carol; and his siblings-in-law, Manual Hirdler, Donna Torgerson and Lucille Draper. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family is accepting cash for the Vietnam Veterans of America, non profit corporation donated in Gene's name. 1-800-Help Vets.
