He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles DeBoer and Della DeBoer (Carlson); his brother Tom DeBoer; and his stepson Tyler Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Karen Anderson; his children, Matt DeBoer of Charlotte, NC and Katie DeBoer Hermann (Monticello); his stepdaughters, Tamara Anderson (Minnetonka) and Tricia (Reed); his sister Cheryl Lundrigan (Pelican Rapids); his grandchildren, Olivia Penegar (Lance), Chandler DeBoer, Presley Hermann and Tyler Hermann; his stepgrandchildren, Anna Varner, Grant Varner, Davis Varner and Henrik Anderson; and his great grandchild Rhyse Penegar.
