It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie Nelson of Aitkin, Minnesota, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on May 24, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother Velma Olson (Bryant); her stepbrother Kenny Olson; her father James Robert Baker; and her aunt Tassy. She is survived by : her husband Tim Nelson of Aitkin; her son John Grip of Fargo, ND; her brother James Baker (Rose) of Tuscumbia, AL; and her stepsisters, Bonnie Tessendorf (Olson) and Wendy Hoffman (Olson).
