He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Schneider and Rosa Schneider (Kerkering); his siblings, Eddie, Norb, Roman, Delores, Alyce and Leona; and his grandson Cody Schneider.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona "Mona" Welle; his sons, Brian Schneider (Karla) and Kurt Schneider (Anne Kent); his grandchildren, Kate (Garrett), Kasy, Cole (Meghan), Kaiya Schneider, Erin, Olivia and Logan Harren; and his siblings, Hubert Schneider, Marcie Lensing and Clarence Schneider (Carol).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Seven Dolors Catholic Church (151 2nd St, Albany, MN 56307). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
