He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernard Meier and Louise Meier (Bauer); his sisters, Marcella Maritsch (Joe), Lillian Meier and Florence Primus (Jim); and his niece Jean Hellermann.
He is survived by : his wife Ginny Meier of Albany; and his children, David Meier (Diane) of Albany, Debra Blenker (Steve) of Albany, Donald Meier (Kelly) of Minnetonka, Nancy Cera (Kevin) of Brookville, Thomas Meier (Doreen) of St. Cloud and Dennis Meier (Stephanie) of Avon. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
