It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genrose Theresa Utsch of Albany, Minnesota, who passed away on October 21, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Frieler and Rose Frieler (Nathe); her husband Elmer Utsch; and her siblings, Edwin Frieler, John Frieler, Paul Frieler, Marie Neff, Martin Frieler, Clarence Frieler, Luella Richter and Bernard Frieler.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Utsch (Brenda), Judy Kociemba (Donald), Avon and Lloyd Utsch (Kathy). She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Seven Dolors Catholic Church (151 2nd St, Albany, MN 56307). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
