He is survived by : his wife Vera Lou Klaphake of Albany; his children, Theresa Kerns-Dexter of Burnsville, Brian Klaphake of Blaine, Kevin Klaphake (Allison) of New Brighton and Julie Mazza (Chris) of Dayton; his stepchildren, Leroy Gertken (Joyce) of Albany, Melissa Bueckers (Brian) of Avon, Brenda Sanoski (Rich) of Albany, Brian Gertken (Linda) of Albany and Marie Koopmeiners (Joe) of Avon; his siblings, Dolores Rohe, Hildegard Rohe (Othmar), Florence Jaeger, Richard Klaphake (Linda), Gerald Klaphake (Anna), Carol Klehr and Robert Klaphake (Grace); and his sister-in-law Marcy Klaphake. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, 15 step grandchildren, and 11 step great-grandchildren.
