She was predeceased by : her grandfather Robert Merdan; her great-grandparents, Richard Woodstock Sr., Shirley McGuire, Phillip Montgomery, Andrew, Frances Merdan, Louis and Rosella Terwey; and her cousins, Ashley Neild and Dana Feld.
She is survived by : her parents, Chad Merdan and Sarah Merdan (Woodstock) of Avon, MN; her siblings, Anna Merdan, Logan Merdan, McKenzie Merdan and Everett Merdan; her grandparents, Sandra Hansen (Gary), William Woodstock, Karen Woodstock and Kay Merdan; and her great-grandparents, Ruth Ann Montgomery (Nole Cook) and Stephen Conners (Gloria). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial fund is in the process of being set up in Ruby's honor with a goal of helping to bring smiles and hope to those in need, just like she did to those who knew her.
