He is survived by: his mother Kael Burk; his wife Lana Burk of Albert Lea, Minnesota; his daughter Zona Nicks of Burnet, Texas; his stepsons, Christian Mayhew and Charles Ykema; his mother Shannon Burk of Manitou Springs, Colorado; his grandmother Delores Burk of Waxahachie, Texas; his cousin Zack Drake; and his aunt Melissa Atteberry. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the House on Fire Church (510 2nd St NW, Austin, MN 55912).
