He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Henry and Althea Collette Kenison (Hummel); his siblings, Harold, Viola, Dorothy, Marjorie and Marvyl; and his great grandchild Ella.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Ann Jones; and his sons, Dennis (Patricia), Douglas (Sharon), Daniel (Debra) and Donavon (Terri). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; and many loving nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (308 Water St, Albert Lea, MN 56007). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sunset Rest Cemetery (103 5th Ave N, Northwood, IA 50459).
