He was predeceased by: his parents, Armond Ulstad (Carol Stoltz) and Carol "Care Bear" Peterson. He is survived by: his half-brother David Ulstad; his aunts and uncles, MaryLea and Allen Van Horn; and his friends, Jenni Bergeson and Julie Thiele.
