He was predeceased by: his parents, Santiago Hernandez-Gonzales and Rosie Ybarra-Gonzales; his sons, Jimmy Gonzales and Jesse Gonzales; his former wife Rosa Olivio Gonzales; and his siblings, Ricardo Gonzales (Mary), Josephine Gonzales and Lupe Stromberg (Scott).
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Gonzales (Vallejo); his children, Robert Gonzales, Maria Gonzales, Anita Gonzales, Cindy Yost (Cody), Willie Gonzales and Vickie Gonzales; and his siblings, Ernie Gonzales (Yolanda), Rosa Torrez (Martin), Fernando Gonzales (Brenda), Manuel Gonzales, Juanita Rameriz (Michael) and Judy Senholtz (Scott). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Theodore Catholic Church (315 E Clark St, Albert Lea, MN 56007). A Mass was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
